The natural cheese dairy Sojer is located in the center of Steeg. Built in 1903, the cheese dairy is now the only one in the Lechtal valley in Tyrol. Attached to the cheese dairy is a dairy, which is open daily. Guided tours are offered to learn more about the traditional art of cheese-making.
