Jausenstation Stablalpe

The Jausenstaion Stablalpe is located at 1384 m near Elmen. It is located below the Stablalm hut and is one of the two alpine pastures on the Stabl alpine pasture. The hike to the Jausenstaion Stablalpe starts at the Stablalm car park above Elmen and the starting point in Elmen can be easily reached by hiking bus or by car. Sufficient free parking spaces are available at the Stablalm car park. You have the choice between 2 different routes. A longer and flatter route along a gravel road or a steeper and shorter path are available. The path branches off to the right at the Stablalm car park and joins the gravel road 3/4 of the way. From there the routes run together again on the gravel road. The Jausenstaion Stablalpe is open daily in summer from 08:00 to 20:00. From Monday-Wednesday is a day of rest at theJausenstaion Stablalpe. During autumn, the Jausenstaion Stablalpe is only open on weekends. The well-known Anhalter Höhenweg alpine hiking trail to Anhalter Hut begins near Jausenstaion Stablalpe.
