Parzinnspitze
The tour starts in the tranquil mountain village of Boden. One walks through the Angler Valley to the Hanauer-Hut. From there follow the signposted path in the direction of Gufelseejöchl or Kogelseespitze The path leads to the left in the direction of western Dremelscharte or Dremelspitze. At the Gufelseejöchle one enjoys a wonderful view towards the Gufelsee, which lies only about 50 m below the Joch and with its intensive colour invites to take pictures.
Right at the Joch the path branches off towards Kogelseepitze. One descends a part of the path towards Gufelsee, but then turns left after only a few metres and walks along a clearly visible narrow path through the gravel slopes below the Parzinnspitze massif. Before you reach the entrance of Parzinnspitze, you have to make some steep turns on a gravel slope. The entry itself is clearly visible. It leads up a steep channel, which already requires climbing skills. Again and again cairns show the best way to the summit. Throughout in the 2nd degree of difficulty it goes through chimneys, rock bands, partly short walking terrain and finally through a steep channel to just before the summit. The last meters to the summit cross can either be climbed directly or climb a little easier, but rather exposed further right . From the summit itself you can enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding peaks - Dremelspitze, Steinkarspitze, Schlenkerspitzen, Leiterspitzen... The descent is the same way as the ascent. The Parzinnspitze is a very worthwhile peak in the area of the Hanauer-Hut, which is, however, only reserved for mountaineers and not for mountain hikers. This tour is a mountain tour that requires absolute freedom from vertigo, sure-footedness and climbing skills in the second degree.
